I’d be curious to see pics of the engine bay. Is it a late 71 production 40?
Other than typical holes that PO’s tend to drill, the tub appears pretty good. IMO your rigs value will go up if you can show how rot free the tub and frame is. Taking some brighter pictures of the interior might help show condition.
