Help on fusable linky 97 lx450 (1 Viewer)

What does the (red) Fusable link coming off the battery term power??

I just got my wifes LX 450 home, and about 75 mile into the trip the check engine light came on. It has been sitting for a five or six months (less than 500 miles). while I was looking for loose hoses and electrical conections I noticed the fuse was missing from the link. Thanks in advance for any help you have.

Do you mean a wire that has a recepticle in it to place an ATO flat plastic fuse?


If so, that is not original to the vehicle and may be for auxiliary lights or some other power accessory added by somebody.
