Problem partly solved
Figured out part of the issue after I initially posted this; thought I had one left over 14mm bolt, then found the other one and figured out where they go; the steering stabilizer mounting plate
, been out in the sun too long today. Still have a short about 1/2" 12mm bolt left over after working on water pump, crank seal, oil pump o-ring, alternator, battery box, ---
