Howdy,

Need a picture of the contacts from a side view for the low and high beam setting.

I bought an aftermarket one from Crusier Corps and it was junk. The horn went off when putting the high beams.

My old one functioned fine , just the leaver for the turn signals was cracked off at the end.

So i decided to swap the old electronics into the new mechanical.

I think i have it figured out except the contacts for the high /low beam look wrong.

Anyway someone can take pictures.

Ill post mine shortly

The bottom leaf seems like it is not touching the left side contact

If you have your old one which functions fine have you compared it against the new one? Side by side photos should show if there is anything different.

Center punch the old one, drill it for a steel pin like 1/8 inch OD say 1/2" deep. Drill the broken lever. Epoxy the 1" long pin in both holes.

Might just buy me a new OEM directly from Toyota. Some on Ebay i can tell even though they have a toyota part number on them are fake.
