help ID in licence light

I've been going thru some boxes that I don't get to very often at the shop, and I found this old licence light. Doesn't look quite like the 25 licence lights I've seen pics of on the forum, but doesn't look like the FJ40/45swb light either. And I know the 55 lights were way different.

Does that mean it's not LC, or has someone seen a pic with this style somewhere?
