HELP Front Suspension issue

Well the axis of rotation has slightly changed, meaning that the upper pivot now is further out. So now you are rubbing because the top portion of the tire is further outward.

A good alignment tech should be able to move the problem side forward a bit, this is actually a fairly common issue on ifs trucks,
They can be within spec and and you can still end up with one hub further back than the other.
I have had this issue on several different rigs, one side rubs one dosnt. Luckily my brother has been a steering/suspension tech for 15+ years and has always been able to make it right.
These are pretty tricky to align propperly, there is ajustment on the upper lower and now with the spcs, the upper ball joint as well.
If it's a problem take it back into the alignment shop and have them fix it or find a better shop that can do it propperly.

Still sounds like the caster is too positive on that side. Posting your alignment specs would help.

My SPC ball joints are set to "C" and I get a occasional contact at the raised section of plastic at the lower edge of the wheel well only when turned sharply and driving up an an abrupt incline/transition (like into my driveway where the angle is pretty sharp departing the street) Doesn't do it on flat ground.

I attribute the contact to + 3 degrees of Positive caster (upper limit of FSM spec) and worn LCA bushings allowing the LCA to "flex" which pushes the wheel back just enough to contact the plastic with the outside edge of the tire. Not really a big deal for me.

Mine rubs a little when i turn moedrately right but no rub when i turn left. I chalk it up to the fact that its no longer stock.

As long as nothing is bent, a good alignment tech can correct it.
This is something I would point out every time you have the alignment done, this it typically not something they are looking at as most vehicles they work on are not trying to stuff the largest tire possible.

As @abuck99 said, it would help to see the numbers.
If it is within spec and you don't want to deal with bringing it back to the alignment shop then it is pretty easy to trim the plastic and fold over the pinch weld with a hammer.

I also think that I put in one of my OME torsion bars in a tooth off from the other side. My truck sits level but the adjusters on each side are at different levels. I had two different alignment shops have issues getting my truck to align. It has a slight pull to the right. It bugs the s*** out of me and eventually I'll fix it but for right now, I'm living with it.

Taking the LC in tomorrow to the alignment shop, hopefully they'll be able to correct the spacing. Even though it drives straight I can't stand the rubbing every time I turn. I'll post my findings once done.
Cheers
