Help - FJ62 pulley/fan clutch squeaking noise only when A/C cycles off (1 Viewer)

I’ll freely admit I’m skipping the appropriate search first ask questions later since I’m dead a$$ tired tonight.
Squeak has developed near or above crank pulley
Sounds like pulley, belt tightening or fan clutch
Sound disappears when the A/C kicks on, comes back when A/C cycles off.

Anyone Have this issue before who’s willing to share some advice?

Belts new in last 1,000 miles
water pump new in last 200miles (maybe belt wasn’t tightened correctly?
Sounds more like a pulley/clutch than belt but who the heck knows.
