Hi Roberto, welcome, For the parts you need, check out the beginning of the 25 section for researched new Toyota parts. Other than that post up a parts wanted list. What everyone likes are photo's of your cruiser, lots of them. Can you post up your frame #, and data plaque of your 1966 FJ25 and some history of the vehicle? Thank's John P#3 Owner of "Project Old Fart"

Roberto, your headlight bezel with LAND CRUISER stamped on it denotes it as a 1961-1963 FJ40 If it is original, and yes those Jeep tail lights gotta go. John

The VIN will tell production date but I'm guessing late 63 to mid 64. My 9/64 FJ45 has the longer running boards. The latch to hold the windshield up started with 64 model. The lack of eyebolts on the dash make it a hard top model. 63 model and earlier had a high B pillar (part of the tub just behind the door opening). The tool box under the driver's seat looks like the larger square one which also started with the 64 model.vLike John#3 said the stamped Bezel would be 61 to 63 models. Not to uncommon to add those to a later year. I first did that to my 68 more than thirty years ago. Would be curious if there is a opening for a ashtray under that diamond plate on the dash. US had a ashtray by mid 62. We also had defrost vents around the same time. Not sure either of those were in other markets. Toyota's parts system doesn't go back past 69 even though a lot of parts still available. There is enough member on Mud with old parts catalogs that you should be able to get parts numbers to see if parts y can still get.

Well it's definitely a 1963 FJ40. Some parts are interchangeable with later years but if you want to remain original your best bet will be sourcing parts on the forum. I'll change your thread title to clear up any confusion.

nice old cruiser roberto. that wiper arm is a bit distracting to look at though! give us all a look under the bonnet....

You don't need that bezel. Send it to Australia :D

Definitely West, i will post some underneath pic's :), hey Cult i was trying to get some part on ebay and most of them are from AUS? you guys have a lot of this there? guy what do you think about www.cruisercorps.com ? is too expensive or is a good place? THANKS!

11% of all Landcruisers have been sold in Australia Roberto, so you might say we have a bit of an obsession. As for spare parts you're a bit far away. You're closer to the US.

Cruiser Corps is an American company anyway. I think they're ok? Others will know, but you check Cool Cruisers Of Texas, Specter Off Road and Toyota genuine parts (some are cheaper than aftermarket parts!)

PS. I haven't seen that bezel in the mail ;)

I live in Europe and I had parts shipped from AUS and from USA. Shipping from AUS isn't more expensive. I chose the slow seamail and that is quite affordable.

Shipping from Aus to Europe vs the US to Europe probably is the same. But shipping from North America to Central America?
