Strangely the headlights of my HJ60 are not working. All the other lights function normally.

All 4 fuses are intact and I feel the relay is ticking if I turn the switch (90987-02007).
What could the problem?

Could be an electrical break or bad ground for the headlights. You would have to consult one of the wiring diagrams to trace it back.
Do the hi-beams come on when you flick them on or no?

No both the low as the high beam don't come on...

Left and right lights have a different ground, so that would be weird. Also the high beam indication light doesn't come on, which is also grounded separate...

From my understanding on the FJ62 the hi and lo-beam are separate switched grounds which may be why you are seeing two grounds. Time to get out your DVM and start doing some testing. I think the hi-beam indicator light is triggered off the hi-beam coming on. Also, could be your stalk is dead but I would think that other stuff wouldn't work if that was true.

What kind of truck do you have? I see 4 headlights which are not normally found on a HJ60...
And where is it from? Canadian HJ60s have a strange 12 volt headlight system on a 24 volt truck.

You would have to check to see if you have power at both sides of the fuses, if not try jumpering the headlight switch contact. If you still don't have power then maybe your fusible link might be blown. Not sure about your hj60 but my fj62 wiring diagram is different to yours. If your power is there , yes check all your grounds. My fusible link (B) powers up my horns aswell.

It is a French HJ60 (24V) with a HJ61 body, that's why the 4 headlights.

What is DVM?

I replaced the batteries with 2 brand new ones which have 95Ah CCA 830A (24V system). Before I had 2 batteries 95Ah CCA 395A. Should not be a problem, or...?

But is the fusible link would be blown, it should not be possible to hear and feel the relay clicking...?

DVM = Digital Volt Meter.

Better batteries should not cause a problem...

My wiring diagram shows a headlight relay AND a dimmer relay in series. Perhaps you are hearing one and the other is not functioning. Or perhaps the electromagnet in the relay is still working, but the contact is burned out.

If you don't own a DVM, it may be time to get one- lots of different possibilities for problems in the circuit. A volt meter will guide you to the powerless parts of the circuit pretty quickly

I will ask a someone who is good with this electrical stuff, so he can show me how to use the DMV correctly. I am not (yet) the expert ;).

Fixed, it was a unstable break in the fusible link in wire A in the schedule. The horn also did not work and that directed is to the fusible link. Replaced them both to be sure.

I know this is an old post, but I am having the same problem. Where did you find this link located to. My wiring diagram is a bit fuzzy

Check the fusible link section on the wiring diagram near the batteries and follow the lines.
