Get some dye added and use a light to make it an easier search

By chance did you do the PHH with a silicone hose? Those are known to shrink or flex and leak after a while.

Also, what hose clamp was used? Constant Torque or "standard" screw type? The screw type need to be retightened after a number of cycles.

I used regular heater hoses and bypassed the pipe. But used regular clamps. Probably need to upgrade the clamps.
