1993 HDJ81 with the factory 24v starter.
Car wouldn't start a couple days ago, would just hear a constant clicking when turning the ignition.
Pulled the 12/24 voltage converter relay to bench test it per the FSM. No resistance between the E and -1 Terminal and resistance between the +1 and +2 terminal jumps around like crazy.
I'm assuming this means the relay is bad and is probably the cause of the no start issue?
Is the relay rebuildable at all or is it just an expensive paperweight at this point?
