Though the 3B engine is a well balance pice of engineering, small vibrations can occur :p Below my side panels and front fenders I have wear marks, so I found a rubber seal at a local dealer with seems to fit well.
Also had the front roughly put together to night, that makes the bull bar project easier.

Work stole a few nights in the calendar ;) but I got back to the Cruiser and the two "wings" at now free of unintentionally holes, after a bit of cutting and welding :p

Now I need to pick up some assorted profile so I can stabilize the wings, do a finial fit and start building the center part.

Today I got to a point where the bull bar is tack in and in position - that was a struggle! Next task is to figure out how to add strong brackets to the front part of the winch to connect it to the bull bar and some trimming.

The last couple of day in the easter vacation was spend in the workshop with a mockup of the inner frame for the winch. My plan is to mount the winch and afterwards the bull bar. It seems like it is working and I started welding this evening.

Started on the sidebars, first edition didn't work out, it didn't look right. I tried to lower the first part of the side bar to make til side indicator visible, but it was not needed and looked wrong...

Started up the lathe to make a dimple and die, because I need a step plate on the side bar and I need to add some kind of non-slip to the surface.

Minor adjustment ... had to prolong the steer of the dimple and die, and I needed a spacer for the second row :) It seems like the plan is working now

I really like watching your work!

Are you putting any attachment points on the front? For d-rings?

Thanks @pjohnson

Actually it was my plan, but I didn't move anything out from the frame I can attach anything to and the original point on the ARB bull bar are not attach to the frame anymore since I modified it so much. It will be an issue if I want to double the wire back to the car, but I took a decision to live with it based on what my plan is for the car, where it mainly will be used for Overlanding and fun trips. Worst case I'll be able to anchor where leaf spring is attach frame with a strap, since the bull bar is moved up relatively high so the bottom of the frame is a exposed.

Picked up the parts from hot galvanization and startet to prepare the parts for the paint shop for some black EPOXY. While I was at it I brought along the bonnet pin since the OEM galvanization was more or less worn off... there is a noticeable difference :-)
