I’ve not noticed any additional heat and I live in the South.

I did mine in gloss black wrap before installing a prinsu roof rack Last summer. Think I paid $300? I almost forgot I had done that until i saw this thread. I like it.

It’s a nice add for those using an aftermarket roof rack because it’s a PITA to keep the roof clean under there otherwise.

This is why I prefer the vinyl over having it painted.

This 100%. I wish I had the forethought to put Xpel or a vinyl wrap on my roof before the Dissent rack install. Attaching and moving stuff around up there bloody sucks with a completely unprotected roof surface.

What do you guys think ? Fully tinted, Jet black painted roof, osram 7000k headlight, led fog lights, F sport grill and sport body kit.
