I have spoken with a few friends with good fiberglass and body experience. My plan is to sand it down to the primer, taking care not to burn through the gelcoat. Once I am there I can identify and repair and spider cracks or any pin holes, epoxy primer it then paint.
The biggest question I have is regarding removing the rain gutter. I have heard that is a nightmare to replace the rain gutter, and I would love to know at what point does it become super difficult? Is it once it is removed from the fiberglass shell?
Thanks!
