Hard brake lines (1 Viewer)

Been spending a lot of time under my 67 FJ40 doing suspension work and was wondering about how one tells if the steel brake lines need replacement.

I have converted the truck to 4 wheel discs a while back and the rubber lines are all good, but the steel — just a visual inspection?

pretty much, make sure that you check the line where it sits in any clips as they will typicaly rust out there first. or you can just replace them if your doing work and itll allow access to hard to reach lines, i replaced the lines along my frame rail when i took the gas tank out just because it was going to be a very easy job at that point
