I installed the Hamilton car play/Android auto premium kit on my 2016 LX570 this past Friday. Note this is the kit which comes with a new touchscreen. There is another kit that just has car play/AA but uses the existing display. Link below.

I thought I'd do a long review and stuff, but honestly there is nothing much to say here, it's FANTASTIC.
Everything works, like literally everything.
Watched the install video, took me like 2ish hrs to install, no surprises, nothing broke, everything just simply worked. Sure getting the cables routed was a bit of work, but if you use a guide wire, honestly it was fine.
I use Android Auto so can't say about car play, haven't tested that yet. It takes about 30s to boot up. Switching between the Lexus interface and this is really straightforward.
OnX works, even my ODBMX+ works, putting it in reverse brings up the camera, and switches back and forth seemlessly. Steering controls all work, switching camera modes from the dash button is a breeze, in 4x4 mode I can get my camera views, basically no surprises. Mouse works, it shows up as a highlighted red dot when you move it, and it doesn't snap to the Lexus menu screens something I was worried about.
Best upgrade I've done to my vehicle so far, just do it!
I had previously installed a carpodgo t3 pro separate screen which was also good, but it was mounted with brackets, and kind of took away from the original look of the vehicle, now everything is perfect the way Lexus intended it to look like, no wires, no mess.
