H55F Question

I am trying to figure out what I can use this tranny from my dead 87 HJ60 with. Can I use the H55F tranny from my 2H with my 78 2F? How about a 3F as in a US 60 or a 3FE from a 62. Okay one more. How about a 13BT? Do they have different input shafts? I am assuming it will bolt right up to a 12HT. I know it's a lot of questions but I am trying to figure out what to buy next and what to rob for parts . pete

Wayne is right on the money, anything H or F series will be fine and should more or less bolt up. Anything B series will be a big modification. You will need to use the transfer case or get one off a FJ60 to avoid the vacuum shift or make something that can reuse the vacuum shift for 2-4 wheel drive high.
