Recently I realized (while struck in 2 feet of mud) that my transfer case does not shift into 4WD. This cruiser (2002 HZJ76 Japanese market) is new to me and I never had a solenoid controlled transfer case before. After going nuts with the manual front hub locks, I took apart the dashboard switch just to notice that it’s not connected to anything 
This is what I have: the solenoids on the firewall are in place, seem to be connected and all vacuum lines are there. In the dashboard I had an H4/Hub lock double switch. Took apart the dash and found a loose connector, but it doesn’t match the switch.
Can someone tell me if the connector I’ve found is in fact the right one coming from the solenoids. If so, i obviously have the wrong switches. If not, then I need to dig deeper in the dashboard to look for another loose connector and figure out what this one does.
