I might have missed it, what's this going in?
 
You'll want longer legs with the 15B for sure then.
Surely wholesale or someone could do a bell housing to put a compushift to Toyota AB60 or GM 6L80 or something behind it?
 
Otherwise maybe taller tyres and look into transfer case gearing🤷🏻‍♂️

Taller tyres reduces engine RPM at a given speed. 33's by roughly 5%, 35's by about 10%.

Larger tyres reduce torque at the wheels by the same amount, so you may need lower gearing for low range for offroad or towing.
 
Looking at using the Dyna bellhousing with the Big4 conversions, they make an adapter to bolt up the H151.
There was talk that the 15B 6 speed, H260 bellhousing fits but no one can confirm it so the next best bet is the adapter.

I have hdt 12 valve, h152, and 3.90's with 255/85/16. Mainly highway and local driver.
