As stated. Doing a manual conversion on my 1HD 80 and looking for these parts. I’m in the Vancouver, BC area.

What year is your 80? The shifter console is different in 95-97 rigs.

His sig says 97 if that's the truck in question.

I just bought a new input shaft from Partsouq last month for an H152 swap. Not terribly spendy. I have a used one currently but it will eventually be sold with the H151 it inhabits.

I bought a 300mm flywheel new from Partsouq 3-4yrs ago when I built mine originally. My British parts truck had the 275mm flywheel. I still have the 275 and it can be machined out to 300mm, but shipping to Canada would likely be more than the flywheel is worth.

LHD manual consoles are nearly impossible to find. I went with @deltavs and I love it. I would maybe hit up Canarian Land Cruisers to see if he has any leads. They have sent me LHD manual parts in the past.

1997.

Thanks for the input (no pun intended). 😁
I too, have an h151 with the input shaft but would like to keep it whole for someone else.

I have a couple of options for HD clutches and flywheels out of AUS so I’ll compare those with Toyota parts as I continue to gather things together.

I’ve missed a couple of consoles that have come, so they are out there. I just need to be patient I suppose.

Haha. I think the new input from Partsouq was in the $245 range? Not terrible for what it is.

For me, unless I was doing a full true stock resto, The amount of money the sad abused plastic ones tend to go for made it easy for me to grab the DVS one. Especially mated to their center console, but that's a different story. Lol.

I have been running a Terrain Tamer HD clutch and it's been great (purchase at Cruiser Bros I think). But I'm running 20psi boost. If your engine is stock you should be able to get away with a stock Toyota clutch (which will likely outlast you). Just be sure to buy all the parts for the same year vehicle: early & late 80 series clutch kits had different length cage/throwout bearings, but total length is identical.

Appreciate that. Thank you.

I’ve been getting these 3D printed. Kinda pricey, but still cheaper than a used factory original goes for these days. Available in tan or gray. $350 before shipping. Will be running another batch as soon as I get enough orders to make it worth while….

No, but I’ll get one

Thanks!

We had one scanned and 3D printed. It was very expensive due to R&D and the size of the printer needed to make them. Cost made it not worth bringing to market.

I am sure you know they are unobtainium and you probably sell them as fast as you make them. What material are they being printed from? You must be painting or coating afterwards?

Cheers

No paint, solid color, comes with boot, they’re sold before they are made. No disrespect to @mac I wasn’t trying to hijack your thread….

I’m interested as well. Not a rush but would like one in the next few months if possible.

No disrespect taken… just put me in line for one and we’ll call it even. 😁

Nice job! Did you model that yourself @mudandrock ? How many orders do you need for a production run? I'm interested.
Takes about 1 month start to finish. Production number does not matter, just has to be paid for up front. The plastic man is the one making the most money on these, I’m just bringing them to market.

@mudandrock - any plans to do a run on consoles?
A bunch of orders were made due to this thread. Just finished up the brown and they’ll be shipped this week. Gray soon to follow. If you want one just PM me and once you send payment I’ll get you in the queue.

Hey Capt, still have that 275mm flywheel? I'm in need in Arizona.
