H151 with the taller 5th gear from late H150F (VDJ)?

Tried to search but could not get definitve answers.
I am soon to getting my spare h151f rebuilt. As the box will be anyway apart, I was thinking to install a taller 5th gear.

I have a frame number of a 2020.03. Vdj76 for GCC market, which has the h150f box.
Can I use a the 5th gear (33036-60010) in my 1995 hdj80 h151f?
Do I also need to replace the counter shaft? ( 33421-60122)?

Getting these is significantly cheaper than the TT or 360gb sets. However, do these provide the desired longer 5th? Or that was only added by toyota to the h152 boxes?
Also of course, in that case is it possible to take the 5th gear and counter shaft part numbers, order those and install in my h151f?

I was trying to find info on this recently too. I think Post #8 in this thread answers the question:

From that and other places I read, I don't think you can change out the 5th gear in the H151F with the 5th gear from the H152. I think there was additional information in the swap thread that @gnarlynick2072 put together.
