Hey guys! I get it, the first round was an unknown.

How is quality? How accurate is that ETA? Am I even going to like how it looks?

Well, EVERY pre-order grille has shipped, response has been overwhelmingly positive AND we are already in production on a second run.
All in all, I would say that warrants another go at these!

XMas is a good expectation - but I'd be very confident saying we'll beat that. End of November / beginning of December is what I'm thinking.

But sadly we won't be offering gift wrapping. Which, honestly, is better for all parties involved.

I tapped into the fuse box, 10A acc fuse.

I’m having a terrible experience with this vendor. They sent me a grille without the insert (Toyota). I have sent a ton of emails, DMs to the vendor with no reply. I don’t know even know what to do at this point. This is why I don’t often purchase products from small businesses that do not have customer service rep. Or a phone #.

Any suggestions?

I may have to file a claim with PayPal.

I placed my order on 09/28/2021, the first day round 2 of pre-orders opened, haven't received any emails since then and haven't seen the OP post since then. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

I did not. Not throwing stones he said around Thanksgiving and could have gone on vacation
