Apparently this is a cheaper PC without buttons according to Banks

I've used a PC for probably 5 years without issue but the Banks model has some nice features.
Is this the one made in Turkey?

Doesn't anyone at that company care about kids who may come across their product?
What do employees tell their friends and family where they work?
Myself, I couldn't get past how to tell people the name of the company I worked at. Especially my Pastor.

They're both made in turkey lol. 1 just has less features. But they both feature dead pedal control when you get to failure modes.

Ok. I'm just sick and tired of people complaining about throttle controllers, especially for clicks.
I don't use them, but I thought about them in the past. I didn't know there was a throttle controller battle going on. Found some humor in it all. Learned a little as well.

I like my gutter humor as much as anyone else but one of the fastest ways to get me to never buy one of your product(s) is using naming conventions a 7th grader would find funny specifically because it annoys their mom. I assume it was designed, assembled, and tested to the same level of maturity so I will pass.

I picked up one of these during their black Friday sale. It's in my small pile of things to install if it ever stops raining on the weekend and/or I can buy a house with a bigger garage that the GX fits in. Spending like $400 on a throttle controller you might as well get a tune but $110 is worth a try.

I have had their original controller (before they changed the name to Thrashed and were called MidAtlantic OffRoad) on my 2013 for about 2 years even though their site still states 2014 and up. I have never had issues with it other than needing to put it in stock mode when crawling a trail because the throttle response was too much at my road setting. If it did fail like shown in the Banks video, it's about a 3 minute fix to disconnect it. It would take me longer to get a phillips head screw driver to pull the plastic cover under the steering column to be able to get to the plug at the pedal.

Is there a trick to getting the plug off the pedal assembly? I can't manage it. My fingers aren't strong enough to push the tab in and pull the pug out at the same time.
 
Try a pick or small screwdriver on the release tab.

It's tough due to the lack of space which is exacerbated by having large hands. Gotta keep at it or see if someone can help out. It'll be almost impossible to get a tool up in there to push the release button unfortunately.

Have a set of 34x10.5R17 KO2s ready to go on the truck. BFG recommends a 7-9" wide wheel. My current wheels are 8.5" wide. There are a few 8" wide wheel options that I'm considering so as to change up the look and in hopes of getting the "optimal" wheel width for these tires. Can anyone speak to how the difference in wheel width (if there is any) will affect off-road performance when aired down?

Personally I prefer slightly narrower to protect the wheel, but I have never been a hard-core offroader, just a casual wheeler.

From my understanding, having a narrow wheel helps keep the tire on the bead when aired down because the tire doesn’t have to stretch as much to maintain the bead. Also it allows the tire to spread out more when aired down.
 
Thanks, guys. Wish there were more 17x8" options. Only a few that are <25 lbs.

I went with 4Runner TRD Pro 17x7" alloy wheels they come in at 25 pounds each. Shaved 5 pounds off OEM wheels and got the benefits of a 7" rim.

Skinnier wheel = less flex to fit on the wheel, more contact patch with the ground because it can really flatten out. Same concept as skinny tires. Personally I'm a skinny fan and have been to places others need both lockers to traverse and with the right throttle control I can go up and down the same features completely unlocked.

Agree with your entire post but to add that skinny rims also help in keeping the tire bead from blowing out when you air down to ±10 PSI.
Personally I'd prefer a 7.5" width rim but unless you get custom rims, there aren't a lot of options out there, hence my 17" x 8.5" wheels.

Yeah I had stock Chevy rims on my last rig, no protection for the wheel and very frequently aired down to 8PSI on Load E tires 255/80/17 on a 17x8 wheel. Never had a tire issue. The only issue I ever ran into was a poor engineering issue with the front CV axles that were too short (all 1st gen ZR2 had short CV axles) and mine just popped out. Tires always performed great. So great I didn't even have a matching spare and ran well over 60k on the tires with 5-10k offroad miles. Ever since I'm a diehard skinny fan.

Some nice toms!!! There are a lot of turkeys in the area of my cabin.. I think largest group to come through was around 85-90. They roost in the trees at night to avoid the coyotes, cougars, bobcats, lynx, etc...

85-90 is a lot! I've seen maybe 20 at the most in a group. This is also the suburbs of Sacramento.
 
Got a flat tire yesterday driving back from Starbucks (typical). Luckily Starbucks isn't that far away and the jagged metal Krusty-O I ran over made a slow leak so I could get home with like 8 psi left. Then launched my phone out of my pocket when exiting the car and destroyed the screen. At least I could change my tire in my driveway in the rain but it was a good reminder that I need to get an extension for the bottle jack and buy a house with a garage big enough to park a GX in.

I've ordered myself some 285/70/17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs as consolation.
