The boy's 80 just arrived and if anyone has a few hours to help with the gut and cut of it for disposal it would be appreciated.

My neighbor is a raging ass hole and the more Cruisers that come by to help with is the better.

Food and refreshments will be provided of course.

Looks like this is going to be put on hold for a little bit. The insurance company called and settled for $4275.00 and we keep the truck.

Not bad since we paid $3200.00 for it.

So the search is on for a replacement.

This truck only has body damage and the frame and drive train is still intact and in great shape. Would make a nice platform for a 60 body.

I'm going to contact James at Cruiserparts and see what he will give us for it as it sits.

Looks like we'll be selling the truck as is. The wife likes the idea of a newer 80 with ABS and air bags. Lockers are a given.

So the 80 has had a full front axle rebuild 6 months ago that included a good used birf and new drive flange.

The truck is shod with 32" BFG ATs and the spare as well.

Rear diff was rebuilt with a solid spacer and has an aussie locker in it.

OME suspension with caster plates, Taco DC shaft, adj panhard bars.

The engine has some weeping and the gaskets are in the garage.

I'll take some pictures and post up here. I looked at it and the AC condenser still seems to be intact and it did work prior to the crash. I doubt there is any frame issues but will peel back the metal and look closer.

How much are you looking to get for it? Probably dont have the money, but thought I'd ask :meh:
