Ted... Did you happen to see how the rusty truck that was winching the buggy over do at the trails.. That is the truck my brother built using a junky 40 frame and running gear he got from Henry. Pretty neat truck.. Just heard the other day that the guy my brother sold it to re sold it. I dont think it had ever been out before.. use to have stock doors on it with a really cool logo...
It has 529's, 1f propane, 4spd, 4wheel disc. 1/4 elip rear and linked front... oh yea I need a mini truck booster and m/c for the LV ( soon to be 4 wheel disc) Thanks

It's a small world, that might explain why it didn't run worth a crap. :flipoff2:, just kidding of course.

I picked up a new MC at Napa last year for about $65, just save yourself some trouble and DO NOT try a rebuilt one just to save the $20!!!!!!!

We stayed off sidewinder this time. Next time you come we can take your truck over there. You missed out on free hotdogs and hamburgers too.

Hmmm. I just got the complimentary detail on it from the dealer this week. But sorry I missed the free food

A friend and I built that trail back in '06. How's it doing these days?

Well from what I could remember riding wish Josh last year, it was fun, steep, with a nasty mud hole at the bottom. I seem to recall a lot of winching there. Did you put that mud there too???:D

i am also new to wheeling and have feen looking for a group to wheel with in the atlanta area. i have a 07 black fj with at's and will hopefully be getting a 3" lift with mt's for christmas. im not sure if my rig could handle the gulches and maybe i could just ride along with someone because this would my first experience doing legit wheeling. i would also like to make it out to one of yalls meetings soon. keep me posted thanks

welcome aboard. The FJs are very capable int he right hands and if you don't mind gettin' it dirty there are plenty o places you can wheel with us. If you want, you can always hop a ride in an open seat to get a feel for what yer up against.

The 2011 schedule will be posted with the next few days, stay tuned for the January ride which I think is going to be in Durhamtown on Jan 15th or 22nd.
