After thoughtful consideration we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the 29th Annual Great Smoky Mountain Trail Ride to October 26th – 31st, 2020. The health concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic played a part in the STLCA’s decision. But, other important considerations lead to the postponement. We recognize that, due to “stay at home” orders, many of our participants and sponsors are being impacted financially during this unprecedented time. We hope that, by October, we will all be financially and mentally ready to gather for the Great Smoky Mountain Trail Ride at WindRock Park. The GSMTR committee has worked with WindRock Park to secure the new event dates. If you registered for GSMTR by April 13th, your registration will automatically be transferred. If you are unable to attend GSMTR due to the date change, let us know and we will be happy to apply your registration to the 2021 GSMTR scheduled for June 14th – 19th at Windrock Park or issue a full refund for your 2020 registration. If you reserved a cabin or RV spot for June, be sure to contact Windrock Park at 865-435-1251 to cancel or change your reservation to October. If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry. Registration will remain open for GSMTR 2020 until September 15th. You can reserve cabins or RV spots by calling the number above or visiting stayatwindrockpark.com.
