Registering tomorrow. My 40, trailer and spares are stored less than 3 hours away these days, so not as much work getting up there these days. Steve, that's a bummer you can't make it, would have been nice to catch up - Bad timing, we may be in Costa end of June.

So for those of you still going - anyone want the cabin? We've lost most, if not all, of the people that wanted in before.

If no one here wants it I'll see if any of the GA guys want it - otherwise I'll cancel it soon.

Chirp chirp.

So who all from Florida is going? Dennis and I will be up Monday, will be lodging in the bunkhouse, then moving to the UC cabin on Wednesday. Don't think I know a lot of the new folks so would be nice to know who you are beforehand.

ill be there thursday morning - leaving early sunday. ill be driving one of the many white 80 series LC that will be there. Look for the FL Lic plate !!

I will be there guys. Though I am no longer considered a Florida member but would be great to see you guys! Will be there late Thursday!

I'll be there , riding with Dominick

Wow... It started to rain around 1pm Friday when we were on the trail I thought this trail is going to get snotty, slippery and Dangerous. Nope... The trail got better. No dust, the clay just got tacky. The rocks got a lil more slippery but not too bad. We stayed out there in the rain until about 8pm.. Seems like there's a lot more 4x4 solid front axel four runners out here than I remember in the past.. They do great on the trail. Much lighter, Smaller, & turn better than the 80 series. Rocky saw me and came over to say hi. I barely recognized him, he's lost 100 lbs..!!! Looks 20 yrs younger. I'll be sure to take a bunch of pics today and post them.

Steve,

Here's a few pics from Tuesday - Thurs. Had a family emergency and had to bail for home Thursday night, but considering it rained Friday didn't miss much.

Zero breakage and some decent trails - Cadillac Hill being the most fun, and the creepy ridge on trail 75 being something I guess I can say I've now done.

Missed meeting you unfortunately, seems you were with the more hardcore group. We were with the more "stockish" runs.

No worries, there's always next year. Hardcore isn't as far removed from stock as most think - especially most FJ80's with lockers and tires. While shorter than planned, definitely got me motivated again.

Now back to restoring our Rover.
