Great experience with EMS and Baktasht

Just wanted to do a shout out for Baktash at EMS. Due to an unavoidable change in plans, I called Baktash to try and cancel an FZJ80 exhaust system order that was being fabricated but had not been shipped yet. I fully expected to get a ration of grief and a restocking fee. Instead, Baktash was pleasant, had already refunded the complete purchase amount to my paypal account, and took the time to answer some questions before we hungup. I am a retired Marine Master Sergeant, and not a very sensitive or sentimental guy, but that was a great experience, and I won't hesitate to purchase products from Baktash if the opportunity presents itself.
