@ajax1 when you say "gone", is that rough or as in impassable? I'm currently watching usgs levels online

Parts of it are gone as in the road is breaking apart, but passable , I haven’t been on it but the local club told me full size is tough in couple spots. Do you have someone to cross with? What roads are you gonna take ? the section I’m talking about , I’ll try to find more info. There is also a cool way from here through the la sal mtns, took me about4 to 5 hrs

Are you doing road 107? This seems to be good road the section I’m talking about is different way, when I googled it this is the way that came up and said road was easy and graded, should be no prob beside the crossing. If doing sheep’s canyon that can be bad depending on rock slides and conditions

@ajax1 Look at post #16. Its a gps track of the trail we want to run. Through glade park and then 107 down to crossing. Wont know for sure till couple days before because of water level

USGS streamflow show Dolores to be slowing by about 50 cfs a day, Last there days 859, 804, and 758. My yet get to do the triangle route if it continues. 12 days to go

We drive our power company trucks on that road for access to our lines on the other side of the colorado. I will go down to the dolores river crossing next week and give you a report.

We took a drive down to the Dolores crossing. The water looked to high in my opinion to cross. There was also a $hit ton of mosquitoes. I tried to get out of my cruiser but was imediatly swarmed, I think they would of packed me off to the bushes and had there way with me if they could of. So don't camp next to the river.

Yep, to high for sure...at least for me.🙉

We have another 10 days. Camping above eagle co week from thursday. Will decide the next day witch trail to take. So far the river is dropping daily and hopefully that will continue. Thanks
