Here are some pics of the truck, probably the cleanest it will ever be as I plan to dirty it up. Has a small dent in drivers side passenger door. Drivers seat has a tear but already got set up to do repair at local upholstery shop. Also the Toyota detailer dept added some horrid perfume smell I cannot seem to get rid of, will probably take time to fade. But overall pretty clean.

Great color.. I usually go light with my cars but would take that gray in a heartbeat.

BTW how do I look up part number on something like that to find out what year it is? I googled it but came up short.
Part number won’t show year.
That is a 16400-50384, same number as before the update. They just slowly replaced the old stock with the new design as it saturated the parts system around 2018.

There were 2013's without a power passenger seat? Wait, that's not this truck at all.

Nice color.

BTW there's a plastic cover for that trailer hitch, if you care. Looks like yours is missing. They sell them in body color ready to snap on, I think about $60.

No it is there just cut off in the pic. I think... Running to check.. yep there
I think he was saying that passenger seat pic wasn’t your cruiser. Possibly something else from the dealer..

Was there any indication that the radiator was replaced too?
Found a radiator replacement back in March of same year. Is it possible that it precipitated the head gasket issue, but just took time? Head gasket and resurface was done in August.

Very much possible, but without knowing the exact chain of events it would be impossible to say with certainty. A radiator failure does not necessitate a head gasket issue. An overheat event, however, can. Regretfully, some operators are not very mechanically minded and will continue to drive with steam coming out because 'it's only 20 minutes from home'. The damage may take many driving cycles to present as symptoms.
