Portals give about 5" lift, plus the 2" spring lift I have now, should allow for the 39's, and look a little something like this. Ah man, they can only store water in the US. I wonder how the can knows where it's located?

Due to US regulations these are sold for storing non-potable water and are not for fuel use. But outside of the US these cans would be perfectly acceptable for fuel storage.

I wouldn't store gas in those anyways. Those metal ones are horrible at altitude and temperature changes. Have had one lid blown up and one buddy covered in gas.
