I went to a Firestone for an alignment once. Dropped vehicle off, they called and said I needed new a-arm bushing to do alignment. Went back up and they wouldn't let me in the shop to show me the issue. I told them I'd take it and get a 2nd estimate. Took it home, put it up on jack stands, and there wasn't a thing wrong with it. I had just done ball joints and TRE, which is why I went for the alignment.

And that's the story of the last time I set foot in a Firestone...

I took the Fiat to one for an alignment, they bent the exhaust butting it on the rack, and the best was the 21 point free check that said my PS and washer fluid was good, problem was the washer was empty and the car didn't have PS.
