Wanting to know how it would look to put unmodified/uncut dana 60's on f/r Fj40. If you have any pics I would love to see 'em. Prefferably sitting on flat ground.
Thanks

I keep hoping I'm gonna see a new build thread start up..........

Ask questions if you got any.

Is there any way the fenders will fit on your rig?

Yes they would, but I moved the front end forward about 8 inches.

Mace..tell me about your new steering??..I'm thinking of going behind the axle with the TR too..r u still using the scout box?..what arms are u using???..I'm having all kinds of clearence issues..got to get that fixed sooon!

I love the stering now. These arms work perfectly with the Scout box. YOu are not quite as low as I am so you should not have the problems I have had with steering. As it stands, I had to run the DL to the bottom of the steering arm.

If clearance above the leaf springs is an issue Scott can bend them one direction or another..

2x8" ram is also a perfect fit for hydro assist..

I was just up to the pick and pull yesterday and they just got a 72 Dodge 1-ton.

I'm debating running up there and grabbing the D-60 front and maybe the D-70 (D-80?) rear.

You need to go get it!!!!!

You can always sell it.

Front is kind of a pita but if it is cheap, GET IT!!!

Rears are a dime a dozen.. so I would be in any big hurry for a 60 or a 14 bolt rear..

Make sure that it is an open knuckle....

Yep, closed knuckle pass..
