Just recieved in the mail the other day, pricey as he** yes, but very nice, bought optional legs to freestand and brackets if I want to hang on isde of my CDN M101, also got the heavy duty waterproof carrying bag for I plan on doing some beach camping in my boat. Also bought this NOS Swedish wash station which is extremely nice and durable, came in big nice wooden box but cannt lug all of that around in trailer, a little pump and scepter water can for some dish duty or whatnot

At 25# thats pretty darn impressive. I'm starting to rethink what I am eventually going to do. I will say though that I liked their Safari sink a little bit better. The dry bag is also a nice touch.

They also have that Worthington propane cylinder I've had my eyes on.

I love that chuck box! Very nice.

How can you argue with perfection? Very nice Roberto.... Looking to some pictures from the field.

my wife says the same thing, it seems I have collected all this stuff, restored the cruiser and camp CDN M101 trailer and its filled with all the goodies but he havnt gone camping once yet, it is waiting for its maiden voyage but currently serving overseas right now, but oh boy when I get back its on. Will post my gypsy camp pics when we do

Roberto, I agree with you on the Kanz field kitchen. It's pricey but well worth it if you enjoy cooking as part of the whole outdoors experience. Having an entire kitchen with stove in one package on legs makes setup really fast. And Harald Kanz is a nice guy to boot.

May I ask where you got the wash station? It would be perfect for the group research trips we run.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Chris Marzonic did a comparison of camp kitchens in the Spring 2011 issue of Overland Journal and gave the Kanz his editor's choice award. Nice looking unit, Roberto!

I've been emailing back and forth with the owner Harold Kanz. He doesn't have a showroom or retail location per se. He was willing to meet me whereever to show off the kitchen plus drop off the filled Worthington propane tank I've had my eyes on for awhile.

He does have a dealer in Silverlake that has the unit if you want to check it out before you buy it:
