Got into Accident... Steering column snapped...advice needed

JACK UP THE FRONT TIRE AND MAKE SURE THE SPINDLE IS GOOD BEFORE DRIVING.

In the air a tire with a broken spindle will flop side to side.

If the spindle broke behind the hub you wouldn't see it and may not feel it driving, but you would only have the C clip holding your front wheel assembly on if it's broke.

x2 on the power steering. It's an excellent upgrade! You will not be disappointed (if it's done correctly).
