When I kick it into 4WD but it doesn't do it when in 2WD.
And this is after I fixed the cross-member so that the front drive-shaft would not hit.
Any thoughts on this would help. thanks.

Complete the picture for us. Lift? Cut and turn or...? Stock driveshaft? Condition of u-joints, driveshaft tube (dents, etc) and further.

I have Man-A-Fre's 4+ shackle reverse kit. Stock drive shafts cross member cut to allow for drive shaft drop. And I get the vibe only when in 4WD only.

I have the same lift and shackle kit and experienced the exact same thing. I put in the front axle shims and it seemed to be a little better and was told to put new u-joints in but haven't gotten to it yet. I was told the shims aren't really the way to go but don't know what else to do short of redoing the spring blocks on the axle. The vibration, I feel, is in the driveshaft angle. You have any trouble with pinion clearance on the driveshaft?? mine was real tight so I took a little out of the pinion.

Well I have had the lift on for almost a year, and just now am getting the vibration. So tomorrow I am going to take the front drive shaft to the drive shaft shop and get it checked out and maybe get it lengthened and balanced and new u-joints if it needs it. And maybe that will fix it. In doing to investigating tonight, and I get the vibe when the hubs are locked and when there not. I checked the front diff fluid and its fine and checked the Transfer-case fluid and its fine, so I took the front drive shaft off and the vibe went away. So I hope that new U-joints will fix the problem.
