Me, neither...never read either...but these things are embedded in 'how we do things'...not religious at all, just how we admire folks who 'do the right thing'...or how it is they go about 'doing a good job'...
AIT! Well I live by a couple of pretty simple things...
1) I try to do my best at everything I do... ( I've been accused several times of "caring" too much)
2) all I have is my word and it is STRONGER than Quebracho (Oak doesn't even make the top ten....)...... Try me out one day if you don't believe me...

Straightened up the shop a tad, moved Goss' little sister inside, brisket and coho are smoking, cut the I-beam for my press stiffener.
