psj - check the For sale forum below. There is a used 1FZ-FE from a 97 in there.
I can also hook you up with several local mechanics, some at a Toy Dealership and some are fellow cruiserheads. - recommendation would depend exactly on what needs to be done etc.

Toyota will only have a short block. You can buy a motor from Jesper if need be and just swap it.
