Getting ready for Moab Build

I started a couple of projects in order to get the rig ready for Moab. 1st is front bumper with warn 9500ti winch. I had no idea what design I wanted to build but I had to build it around the big winch. So I just started cutting metal and welding. Here are some pics of it almost finished for now. Later I plan on putting some 1 1/4" tubing on it but this will work for now.

2nd is sliders. I already have the metal cut and ready just have to weld them up.

3rd is rear bumper with tire carier. Havn't started on it yet.

During this I am going to get the carb rebuilt and do a desmog.

Here are some pictures of the bumper.

bumper is almost done. I just have to ground down some welds and maybe do some tubes for the bull bar. Havn't decided on that yet. but I moved on to the sliders. I am going to add 1 1/2" tubes and expanded metal to finish them for some steps.

i hate to be "that guy" but do you think i could trouble you for a picture of that bumper from the back (the truck side)? also whats the measurement of the vertical plate in front of the winch, and the overall height including the sloped part? thanks!

The front strait and slanted pieces are 6" wide. I will have to measure it to see the overal height. and i will get some more pictures tonite of the back side.

thanks! youve actually been a great help to my design process with this build:beer:

overal height from the top to the bottom is 11" I will have to load the pictures tomorrow.

the bumper is looking great!!

Are you going to give it a coat of paint from the old rattle can or are you going to have someone powder coat it for you?

I am just going to rattle can it for now. I havn't decided if i am going to put some tubing on it or just leave it like it is. I have been thinking about lineX on it when its done.
