Ok Finally gonna go with the 4" skyjacker and keep the spring under. Now with converting to the 4.3 in the 70 40 and doing the shackle reversal do I have to compensate for the change in weight from the engine swap. The last thing I want to do is get it all together and have the front end jackin way up. I don't think I have anything to worry about but I thought I would check before I get the lift on order. Thanks.

IMO, don't worry about it. If anything, it will be ~1/2" or so and you can make that up with shackles in the rear. When you set your front shackle hanger tho, don't follow their directions. See my writeup on the 45 degree angle setting, plan for longer front shock towers (Ford's) and set accordingly.
