Thanks

Sweet!! We'd appreciate it if you'd register in advance so we have a good count on T-shirts and meal tickets. Let me know if you have any other questions.

See you in a couple of weeks.

Need a favor...

I'm buying a Yakima basket for Sparrow and it's currently in Colorado with Chris (Red Cruiser). If anyone's passing close by Denver and can bring it to Flat Nasty.... well, I've got a case of your favorite brew to offset your trouble. ;-)

Thanks in advance!
Happy Trails! N

woody.. Ifin you gotta decide late.. You know how to find me. Just gimme a call and we'll make room.
We'd love to have ya and your imported leininkugals and cheese curds!

Maybe we can sit around the fire and you can tell me about Appleton.

Expecting to receive the news in the next week or two that BASF is buying us (everyone knows it is them, just hasn't been announced yet)...and I will be lobbying (begging) for a transfer to the Appleton plant. My wife's gonna kill me!

good timing, I may have a confortable 3BR brick house with a 4-car garage for sale....

Message to those planning to attend, but not registered

We are planning to close registration on Saturday, September 16th (yes, this Saturday). This will allow us to order sufficient quantities of shirts and provide the BBQ caterer adequate time to prepare.

Get your registration in now!!! PM me if you plan to snail mail it at this time so I can get some info from ya.

Thanks!

Your web site is being serviced. I am trying to see what the schedule is. what time to people typically leave on Saturday, or if the easy and fast trail was seleceted, what time could I get out of there on Saturday. Have to be home Sunday noon and its a 14 hour drive (so my map program says)

Ken - we don't have an official schedule per se. The FJ Trail Team will be cooking Friday evening, and the event BBQ and raffle will be Saturday evening. Daily schedules include tech inspection, wheeling, and an "off-roading" event for the kids.

Does this answer your question?

chris,
at this point jake and i are unsure weather or not we can make the event...high school obligations for him...it is home coming weekend and he has been nominated as the freshman attendant...we may try to drive over for saturday but with no cruiser..we would both like to purchase event shirts...how can that be handled?...please let me know...we are both really bummed about this...

Saturday evening for the dinner makes it difficult as I have to be home by noon Sunday. Unless I want to drive straight through and then have no sleep on Sunday when dealing with the in-laws.

And the problem is?...:D

Just give me your raffle tickets. I'll let you know if you won anything.

It's too bad the BBQ got switched to Saturday night. I was really looking forward to it, and I had arranged my schedule to make sure that I would be there for it on Friday night. :(

I'm still really looking forward to being there!!!!

Raffle And Bbq

OK, for youse guys with long drives and an "early split factor," we're looking into some options:
Looking the FJC TT and their free meal, whether the caterer and the FJ crew can flip flop...looking at long distance folks who said they were arriving saturday...looking at which night works best for everything.
Bottom line, we'll make some accomodations and make something work for the majority as best we can.

thx-alan

That's great Alan. That would be like what we did for CM.. FJ Team cooked Thursday and the dinner was Friday. Some long distance folks left about noon on sat at CM.

Let me know

Since the web site is still being serviced and the registration doesn't have any info. Are there a group of trails specifically set out for this event. I'm not hard core. I want challenging but not the "body damage likely" trails.

After all, I do drive a Lexus . . . . . . . .:D

All trails will be open.... It's a lot like Superlift in that all the trails are marked with ratings and anyone can go anywhere the want. there will be plenty on easy and moderate trails as well as hardcore rides.
