Mark your calendars the Georgia Cruisers Annual/ Pig roast will be held Friday night - Sunday April 17th-19th at Dave's property. You can either come out on Friday night or meet us at Durhamtown on Saturday at 10:00 am for a day of wheeling. After wheeling on Saturday, there will be a huge roast pig feast. Durhamtown charges $25/driver and $10/passenger. The annual will be $10/person and also please bring a small dish to contribute to the potluck. This will cover the food, camping, and a raffle ticket for prizes. There will also be a white elephant gift exchange so if you'd like to take part please bring a gift (truck/tool related) that is less than $10. In addition to this, there will also be a 50/50 money raffle like the ones at club meetings.

Where:
Dave & Olga Larson
399 Clark Station Church Rd.
Tignall, Georgia 30668

Just look for the house/land with a bunch of trucks on it ;)

and

Durhamtown Plantation

Union Point, GA 30669

Caution on using GPS to navigation to Daves house heading from Athens: it will route you via Duck Pond Rd., DO NOT TAKE DUCK POND RD!!!!!! Stay on Hwy 78 all the way to Rayle, Ga.

Come on out for a weekend of wheeling, camping, eating, and hanging out with friends by the fire all night. This is gonna be a great event as usual so lets have a great turnout this year. Look forward to to seeing everyone at the event in April.

Ok. I'm missing gsmtr because I have to report to Germany a little earlier than I though. This event, always my fav because it is close to Macon, starts the day after I get back from Korea. I'll just be 13 hours off thanks to the time difference. Hopefully, I make this one. The wife and boys with go as well...

Is there a head count?

Geeeezz. As soon as I sent this link to the wife she reminded me of the Bill Burr tickets I bought for his Savannah,GA

bummer Daniel, be safe out there!

Hey Aidan, change "Rayle" to "Tignal" otherwise google maps has no idea.

well me and a buddy are coming up on saturday morning for the ride. still not sure on if we are staying the night, depends on how early we trash the truck to load it up. cant wait to finally put some faces with names.

We will be there for sure Saturday morning all day and then spend Saturday night in a tent or in the Cruiser. Can't wait to meet some of you fellas!

I gotta work so I'm out. Too bad because I really like the pig roast.

who did we piss off now? Unfortunately I'm committed to wheeling DT regardless of the absolute mess it's gonna be, need a few test cycles on the gears before GSMTR.

y'all complain too much about rain

I'd like to help out since we now have an Atlanta Warehouse, but wont be able to attend. Can I just send goodies to the address above? How many people do you expect?

I've been out there when it's been really wet and there are bound to be some good stories that come out of this trip. Glad I've got an excuse to just ride and watch.

Good to know you guys are in ATL, might make getting parts easier/faster!!

Looks like they've added some trails. Yes, it's gonna be a horrible mess, thinkin I'll stick to whatever rock I can find.

Yeah. It's going to be nasty. I've got the Cruiser all clean ready to get dirty. I'm coming prepared. It might be a survival ride vs a play ride!

Everytime I plan to get the Franken80 out to wheel, it rains :bang:

Pop rivet a couple of old street signs on top and screw some plexi across the front, good to go! :hillbilly:
