Hey guys, a while ago i was on a 4wd track and when i left it i wanted to shift from 4L back to 2H.
I was able to move the shifter in the position of 2H but it was still in 4L.
I found out that i had to move the piece where it goes from the shifting mechanism into the transfer case up and down a bit and then i was able to shift out of 4L again.
It hasn't done that before, is that normal? If not what might be the issue and how could i fix it?
Hope to hear some of your opinions on this 🙏🏼

I assume you have tried backing up, and allowing the unit to gently stop, I normally ensure that i am in N, this works to unwind stress in the drive train.
Otherwise it probably a mechanical link issue.
Also try feeling your way across the shift pattern rather than slamming the shifter.
