Thanks Chamba and Dancar!

Came yesterday, didn't see them.

You'll find that with the Specter guards you will not need those mounting plates. I am not sure whether you will need them or not without the guards but I would guess you would.

The lights themselves pop right in to the SOR guards and fit snugly. I then put a small amount of black silicon around the back to hold them in and make sure they stayed-put. I also put black silicon all around the hole where the wires go in to the housing just to make sure I had a totally water tight seal. I have actually submerged the lights a few times and they have been completely soaked in road salt after snow storms here in New Mexico (obviously not in Australia); so far so good.

I then soldered/shrink-wrapped my old Toyota wire harness to the LED lights and had a plug-and-play setup.

Mine showed up late yesterday. They look like they will work out perfectly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,once I get to building the bumper I am mounting them into.
Thanks again fellas.

Unfortunately, the dual swingout rear carrier I have does not work with specter guards, only the 4+ guards.

OK, I'm back home and unpacked my lights - they are very nice!

The bad news is, I also have a 4+ dual-swingout rear bumper, and the Spector guards will not fit without major cutting and grinding.

But the good news is, the stock lights are fairly well protected by the pivots of the swing-outs on side and by recovery points on the other side. The only place real protection is lacking is the bottom edge, and I have yet to break the stock lights by dragging my ass-end off of steep obstacles.

So I believe I will install the Narva LED's in place of the stock lights, without any guards. I will just use the plastic mounting plates provided. I may not get to the installation right away; I'm still pretty tied up with business for the short term, but when I do I'll post photos for sure.

If anyone wants a pair of Spector guards, I'll sell mine for less than the new price.

Unfortunately, the dual swingout rear carrier I have does not work with specter guards, only the 4+ guards. They are very similar, but the 4+ actually keeps the lights out away from the crossmember a bit, and up higher, so they do interfere.

Thanks Chamba!
I'm sure you can find someone to take them off of your hands. The lights are really nice.

I got my lights today. They look great. It may be a little while before I install them, but I will post pictures. I would like to thank Chamba and Dancar for all there work on this. I know it is a hassle to do a group buy, but I appreciate it very much.

Mine came yesterday , can't thank you guys enough for doing this as it's not easy to put a buy together - especially in another country . Quality looks great , may get some time today to start building a custom set of guards to fit them correctly and get 'em installed . Promise to take lots of pics .

Is there a chance of getting another group buy going?

There has been a couple of people interested in another group buy.

I've found out that the pricing from Narva has increased.

If that's not a deterrent, than I'll look at getting a group for 5 sets.

So, after all that, the lights do not fit in my 4+ rear bumper light guards. Being that I had already purchased brand new oem rear tail lights, I'd rather sell the LEDs rather than modify my 4+ bumper and light gaurds. I'm bummed because the LEDs look awesome. I will discount from what I paid if anybody is interested...

$225 shipped
Hello Jetranger, if you still got the lights I will take you up on it...

Let me know how to pay you.

Best regards,
