Gas tank recall... Toyota cannot find my VIN

I checked that previous website ("Welcome to the Toyota Owners Online") earlier and It told me that "their are no recall campains out," for my VIN number, so I went down to my local dealership and had them check it out... they told me that the seatbelts were taken care of in '92 and the gas tank in '93.
So, I think that if your vehicle has been serviced for the recall the Toyota Owners Online site will kick the vehicle's VIN out of the system stating that their are no recall campains out because their are no actions needed, but if the vehicle hasn't been serviced the recall should come up.
I'm not sure if I'm right though so a few more people should check it out to see if thats correct. Hope that helps and I'm not just blowin smoke.
