Awesome.
I found unless it is lifted really high, 2 sets of drive up ramps work really well.

ok bringing my hunk of junk to you so we can verify it is all there then.

If the weather is clear and not cold we will work on the dent under the deck on the concrete pad. If it is raining or cold we can roll it on inside. May have to move a couple things out of the way though.

only issue we may run into is one of the bolts on the crossmember brackets that attach to the fram is bad. I can get the other 3 out but that one is fubar. I have ground off the head but have not gotten it out yet. I have had the cross member down before so this should not be too big a deal to work around until i can re tap it.

Well why am I surprised!!! The plant that I am covering is working this saturday, that means I will not be able to attend this event even if I did help instigate the thing. Sorry but work (at least till I retire) come's first. Good luck with the install Gabe and best wishes to the club members who attend and help you get the dent going.

OH and i wasn't kidding about a donation for the food to feed the masses, Whoever is running the books for this event let me know how to get some money to the club to help offset the club expenses. Doc:)

and once again I am screwed by my job... I lost 2 out of 4 cooks and my waitress manager this week and have been swamped trying to cover things (we only have 8 employees, now down to 5) but it feels good to catch a thief or two or three....
so I wont be there, sorry guys, I wish we could do things on sundays, as my restaurant is closed and I am mucho more available...

Got the 4spd in from cruiser parts today. Wife picked up the parts from Ralph Hayes Toyota. Dropped off the flywheel Steve gave us to be resurfaced. And had them clean the tease parts up while I had it. So it should all be clean parts going back together.

i will feed everyone since 3pitts can't make it. I need a head count though!

I'll be there

Guys, sorry... Family from out of town called today and decided to stop by. I won't be able to make it, hopefully everything goes well... Let all of us slackers know how it turns out! Mea culpa....

3 white guys, 3 white slices of bread, and a can of empty paint.

Had a great day. Beautiful weather. We got a lot done considering what all we had to do. Could have used a few more hands. There was a lot of prep. I love hanging out in the country. Gabe Chuck and I didn't get finished before dinner time so we're going to have to come back and finish up. We got the of Trans out. New Trans and tcase prepped. There is not a single drop of oil on the outside. New flywheel, clutch, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, rear main seal. All new seals and gaskets for the tranny. Got the tranny back in but we ran out of time and had a spacer issue on the tcase so we called it the day. Should take but a few hrs to finish up. Bojangles was great. Gabe thought we were crazy when we asked for some bread to remove the pilot bearing. Video to come. Thanks Gabe and chuck thanks for the laughs.
