It did spend it's entire life in Minnesota
There's almost a zero percent chance that the undercarriage is clean.
As a Minnesotan, I can attest to this being true.
Ditto, lived there 30 years and only recently came to Texas (CO for two years before that). Every car I ever owned rusted away underneath. Certain counties are worse than others too, depending on where the vehicle was at in Minnesota is a huge variable. If it was up in Cook County or something, probably not that bad. But if it was down by the twin cities, it's destroyed for sure. I lived in St. Cloud for 12 years before moving, they love their chemicals up there more than the salt, I don't know which is worse. I found it better actually just never wash the car in the winter, as long as it stays below freezing, which it did from like December to February, I was in good shape!
