Hello Everyone, since i bought my car in december i wanted to install the 12way bluesea fuse box to my car but i wanted to mount it on a secure place where i don't have to tape it on something or drill into my brand new car. so i start searching for a fusebox holder, but all i could find was for every toyota other than the lc200. so i tried to design my own and print it using my 3d printer. it turned out great and worked great but i had my fear that someday it will fail, which kind of didn't fail but still a wanted to go with a metal bracket for a better mounting solution.

first i will show you the 3d printed part and if anyone is interested in printing it Click Here.

these are the photos for the 3d printed bracket

after 7 months in use i replaced it with an aluminum bracket. i started to notice the the part under the fuse started to bend due to heat and the weight of the fusebox. it might be from my design and if i designed it better it wouldn't bent. however, i didn't want to bother with a new design since i wanted a metal bracket from the beginning.

i thought of designing my own bracket and make a shop cut it and bend it for me, but instead i compared what i have with the existing bracket for other Toyota's. i compared a picture of my car with the 3d printed holder with the existing ones and i found one was pretty similar and can be fitted into my car. so i ordered it and test fitted it to my car, it fitted fine but needed some bending in one place in order to fit the bottom Screw.

the metal bracket from overland equipped for a 2016+ automatic Toyota tacoma.

these are the photos of the bracket fitted to my 2020 LC200.

it suppose to fit a different kind of breaker but this is what i have and i don't want to pay extra for the other breaker since they both serve the same purpose.

overall, if someone want a fusebox holder for their LC200 the above bracket is a great choice to mount your fusebox securely.
