I just purchased 05 lx with 45k miles and we have noticed a funny noise. It's hard to explain but if you're driving between 75 to 80 mph I get this very slight horn sound coming from the driver side door. the horn sound is very light and then goes away very weird and it does not make the noise all the time. I'm thinking the wind has something to do with it, but very confusing since its not constant and does not do it all the time. I'm hoping this is not the 1st time of every hearing of this problem and someone can give a helping hand. Also not positive it's coming from the door as well.

Try folding in the mirror to see if it goes away. Our Subaru outback sedan does something similar at high speed

Not the mirror. Driving backfrom la and the funny horn sound appears with mirror in or out. Anything else it might be?
Hmmm.... Roof rack? Certain positions it tends to buzz or vibrate. Try moving the front rail back some?
If you have a roof rack it could be that, I had the same problem with my cruiser, I ended up taking the trim panel off the drivers pillar and putting silicone in the clip holes and it stopped the noise, just hope I don't need to get it off again
