Just thought I would drop a line here.
Woody give me a call Wed or thurs so we can make sure all is in order for Sat.
Unable at this time to procure a bounce house.

Attendees - Due to the lack of rain, please go slow on-site to keep dust to a minimum. The early summer has also created a bumper crop of poision oak, while we have made efforts to get rid of alot of it there is still plenty under the trees, creeks etc. Keep an eye on the kids, they seem to be draw to it for some reason. Good rule of thumb is leaves of three let it be.

TURN RIGHT AT THE SECOND STOP LIGHT IN TOWN ONTO ARMSTRONG WOODS RD. GO 1.6+/- MILES ON ARMSTRONG WOODS RD. TURN RIGHT ON SWEETWATER SPRINGS RD. (RURAL RD 30 MPH MAX. PLEASE) GO 1.2+/- MILES. TURN RIGHT AT ADDRESS 18001 THROUGH A DOUBLE CHAIN LINK GATE (OPEN) AT WHAT LOOKS AN OLD ROCK QUARRY. ONCE INSIDE THE GATES PLEASE GO SLOW TO KEEP DOWN THE DUST ON THE GRAVEL RD. WHEN YOU SEE TOYOTAS YOU'RE THERE.​

Went to Costco tonight --- ~$700 later, ad we are stocked for Saturday...

Chicken is marinating... Beef goes in tomorrow.

Menu will look something like this:

Tri Tip
Chicken - Wings/thighs -- marinated -- breasts will get a light rub
Casper hotdogs for the kids.
Potato Salad
Green salad -- ranch & Italian
Garlic bread
I'll have some water and capri suns for the kids.

James and I talked tonight -- he cleared out an area under the redwoods -- so natural shading. Still, bring your easy ups and chairs. Grill will get burning around 11 or so -- not expecting food to come off until 1:30 or 2 PM... Bring snacks and drinks.

Sorry to say we will not be able to attend. Our little dude(17 month) has a stomach flu and is not holding anything down. Have a great time.
